Aladdin® is an intelligent Career Assistant helping you choose a career to match your personal strengths; decide on a study course; select an education provider and navigate through the enrolment process culminating in admission. We give personal advice and respond to your questions or concerns. You can ask us anything relating to careers, study courses or enrolment. If you have questions of a special or personal nature we transfer you to an Enrolment Team expert who will assist.

You tell us your aspirations and we’ll deliver content to achieve your goals. We’ve trained Aladdin® to engage with high school students, school leavers, undergraduates and those wanting to advance their career. We are accessible around the clock helping you decide on a career and who will employ you after you qualify. Conversations in any language are motivational and encouraging. They are recorded and transcribed and if you’d like to speak with a person, we can do that as well. You set aside time and can leave and re-join the discussion at any time. These are important decisions. We know some will just want to get on with it, and others will take their time.
